HAR PRAKASH RISHI (Born on 17th July, 1942) from Delhi, India. He has most number of tattoos on his body. He has covered his whole body and face with more than 500 tattoos, including 366 flags, world map on abdomen and other characters. His forehead, arms, head, legs and chest are covered with tattoos. He has images of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mahatma Gandhi, US President Barrack Obama, Britain`s Queen Elizabeth tattooed on his body.
