Yellapragada Subbarao S/o Late Yellapragada Lakshmi Narayana born on 26th April 1946 from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, india. He has set a tremendous record by participating in many cultural activities like music singing and a drama artist beside being a Senior Central Government Group ‘A’ Officer.
In view of his seniority and vast knowledge in music & drama fields, he has been invited as a Judge for as many as 531 different music & drama competitions conducted by various cultural organisations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana States and Mumbai. This has been an unbeatable record till date.
