This is to certify MANCHALA SANATHKUMAR S/o M.Dinakar babu (Born on 17th July, 1985) Yeruru, Nellore, Andhra pradesh, India has created a new record on sand sclupture of Nara Chandrababu Naidu Hon’ble chief minister of Andhra pradesh title named as “AMARA SHILPI”. Its measured 52 feets height 100 feets width over 1300 tones of sand and time taken 27 hours over all 3 days. At Krishna river in Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh on occation of inaugural function of Andhra pradesh state capital AMARAVATHI. On 21st Oct, 2015.
